Company setup takes approximately 3 weeks after receiving all of the required documents.
The time frame for corporate bank account set up will vary on a case by case basis. It normally takes around a month. However, banks nowadays require strict compliance and risk assessments for shareholders and directors including if they have had any past business experience or whether they hold a resident visa, etc.
Selecting packages that comes with the residence visa will improve your profile for corporate bank account opening purposes. However, this comes at no financial risk to you. If anyone signs up for the VIP Platinum package and is not able to get a company bank account approved after the Digitas Finance introduction, then they will simply receive (and only get charged for) the Diamond package.
Yes. However, if you initially select Gold, you will not be able to upgrade to Diamond or VIP Platinum except under very specific circumstances and significantly higher additional costs.
All packages contain the limited company structure with a minimum of one director/manager and one natural shareholder. The structures we set up do not require a local UAE partner. You can be the sole 100% shareholder and director of the company.
No. As part of the company setup requirement, it is mandatory to have a minimum of flexi-desk office space. However, you are under no obligation to use it throughout the term and can work fully remote.
Yes. If you are willing to recruit employees locally then you can have a proper office space. There will be a separate setup cost for this depending upon the size you require. Please speak to one of our customer service agents to find out more about this.
Diamond and VIP Platinum packages will allow you to recruit employees locally.
All of our packages provide a corporate structure setup for a company based in the UAE. Hence, all the employees need to be on a company-sponsored VISA as required by UAE employment laws. Each company comes with a standard of one local employee sponsorship.
If you need to recruit more than one employee locally, you will have to upgrade your license. Please speak to one of our customer service agents to find out more about the costs.
Yes, you will get a world-class banking experience with full online access to view all the transactions, and make local and/or international payments online. You can operate your bank from anywhere in the world.
All fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable. However, if your application is denied by the relevant authorities on grounds of non-compliance during the company setup stage, your payment less non-refundable admin costs will be refunded. The company can be setup remotely however for resident permit stamping and bank account opening you have to visit UAE. All of this can be done in one Visit. We can open the bank account remotely as well in case if you are unable to visit UAE for any reason. However, please contact a member of our team to discuss this option in detail.
Normal processing time is 14 working days. You will have to stay in the UAE during this time as your passport will be submitted to the authorities for visa stamping. Please note that the duration mentioned is only an estimate as the actual processing times vary depending on individual circumstances.

You will have to visit UAE at least once every 6 months.
